  • One of the winners out of 712 entries in the Haiku Hike-2nd Annual Literary Competition by The Downtown Tucson Partnership & the University of Arizona Poetry Center n showcasing as an acrylic signage in planters located along Congress Street & Stone Avenue.

  • Haiku Music Festival where Northern Illinois University (NIU) composers composed music on 17 haiku by 17 poets including one of mine about Kashmir with Urdu translation.

  • Beyond Emptiness received an Honorable Mention Award from Haiku Society of America in 2026 Merit Books Awards in Collaborative Verse Award category. 
  • Served as Editor, Curator, and Urdu Translator, designer, layout and typesetter for PJCA’s first International Multilingual Haiku Anthology 2026 produced in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan. The anthology is the first of its kind in the country, featuring 657 haiku submissions by 335 poets representing 45 countries.
