In the Park Wind

 

tautened robe

a child blows down

the statue’s leg

 

dust clouds

hide his face

 

lost sandals

in the fountain

her sunburnt feet

 

rippling  

in the shallow water

small shadows

 

a beggar counts

what's left

 

gathering dusk

the distant coo

of pigeons
